Avianne & Co we accept a variety of payment methods. Regardless of your payment method, all orders take generally 1 business day to process and verify. In an effort to maintain 100% secure transactions while verifying legitimacy of all orders, all purchases are subject to a extensive review.

Credit Card Payments

 
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. All orders must be shipped to the billing address registed to the credit card provided. Orders shipped to an alternate address must undergo additional review to ensure that this address is on file with the card-issuing bank. We do not accept American Express.

PayPal Payments

 
We accept PayPal and all PayPal-issued Debit Cards.

Shipping within the US

All orders within the US are shipped fully insured via UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders placed by 12 PM Noon Mon-Fri will be processed the same day. All products are generally shipped within 24 hours and arrive within 1-2 days with UPS 2nd Day Air. UPS Next Day Air is available on any order for an additional $25. If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after 12 pm on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the very next business day.  As a security precaution, all orders must be shipped to the billing address registered to your Credit Card or PayPal Account.

APO/FPO Shipping Policy

Avianne & Co. will ship any order under $50,000 to an APO / FPO address. We ship all APO & FPO orders via fully insured USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information will be provided for your package as we understand APO / FPO shipments may take 10-15 days to arrive at their destination.

The Avianne & Co 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 14 days of receiving your item, you may return your item to Avianne & Co. for a refund. To initiate a return, customers must contact our returns department to receive a Return Authorization Number as well as a Return Shipping Label. Return Shipping fees are covered by Avianne & Co, and all issued Labels will be fully insured.

All Returns are subject to a 5% Restocking fee. Custom orders are not eligible for returns. In an effort to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, refunds are issued immediately upon return of an item. Unlike most other online jewelers, we understand the importance of prompt return service just as equally as prompt sales service.

We have Financing Available for any purchase, through GE Financial. As we truly hope to be able to work with customers on any budget, we provide financial aid through GE Financial. We invite you to take advantage of a 6 month interest free program that allows financing for up to $20,000 towards any purchase.

In an effort to meet the needs of our many customers, we also have a jewelry layaway program available. The plan is quite simple and flexible. In order to begin a layaway plan, you must reach out to us at 212-768-3897. One of our trained diamond jewelry consultants will be able to assist you in setting up a payment plan. Layaway programs require a 25% down payment, of the total selling price. Following the initial payment, customers have 90 days to complete payments in a comfortable, interest-free, pay-as-you-go program. As we said, we are flexible. Term extensions are never an issue.
