IMPORTANT NOTICE: MERCHANDISE LEFT UNCOLLECTED FOR MORE THAN ONE (1) YEAR
Any jewelry, custom order, repaired item, or other merchandise remaining uncollected for twelve (12) consecutive months after the Store’s documented notice of availability for pickup, provided in writing and/or by phone call, shall be classified as unclaimed merchandise for purposes of the Store’s administrative and storage procedures.
The Store may issue a final notice, in writing and/or by phone call, requesting collection and advising of any applicable storage charges and lawful disposition procedures.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Store disclaims liability arising solely from the customer’s unreasonable delay in collection, failure to maintain current contact information, or other acts or omissions attributable to the customer.
The Store does not undertake to provide indefinite storage or insurance coverage for unclaimed merchandise.
Expiration of the one-year period does not, by itself, transfer ownership to the Store, authorize disposal or sale, or eliminate liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any sale, transfer, or disposal of unclaimed merchandise shall occur only after satisfaction of all applicable legal requirements.
